1. Scope of Services

HSC provides a variety of home and personal services, including but not limited to:

• Maintenance: AC Maintenance and Plumbing Services.

• Cleaning: Sofa Cleaning and Comprehensive Home Cleaning.

• On-Site Conveniences: Car Wash and Salon Services.

All services are subject to availability and the specific details provided at the time of booking via our App or official phone line.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Accuracy: Clients must provide an accurate address and contact details. HSC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

• Access: Clients must ensure that our service professionals have safe and timely access to the premises (and necessary utilities like water or electricity, where applicable).

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Estimates: Prices quoted on the app or via phone are based on standard service requirements. Any additional work found necessary on-site will be discussed and billed accordingly.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via the HSC App, digital wallets, or cash upon completion of the service.

• Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable service taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Fee: A nominal fee may be charged for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. HSC will investigate and, if deemed valid, provide a rectification service at no additional cost. Refunds are at the sole discretion of management.

5. Liability and Damages

• Professional Care: While our staff takes the utmost care, HSC is not liable for pre-existing damages to appliances, furniture, or vehicles.

• Valuables: Clients are advised to secure small valuables (jewelry, cash, etc.) during home cleaning or salon services. HSC is not responsible for the loss of unsecured items.

• Limitation: Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

6. User Conduct

HSC maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the mistreatment of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately if a client displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

HSC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
